Turning Pages, L.L.C. (“Turning Pages,” “us,” or “we”) respects the privacy of your information and is committed to protecting your privacy.  This Privacy Policy will identify the personal or personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”) that may be collected when you use the Turning Pages Website (“the Website”) and when you use Turning Pages’ services.  This Privacy Policy also explains Turning Pages’ online information practices.  This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of companies that Turning Pages does not own or control, or to individuals that are not under Turning Pages’ supervisory control.

The Information Turning Pages Collects
When you register on the Website, we may collect your name, mailing address, and email address.  Registered Users may also be required to create a username and a password.  If you create a user profile on the Website after registering, we may also collect other Personal Information such as, but not limited to, hobbies, interests, and additional contact information. 

If you order products or services on the Website, you hereby expressly permit us to collect all information necessary to complete the transaction, including your name, credit card information, billing information, and shipping information.  If you subscribe to a Turning Pages newsletter, we may collect your mailing address and/or your email address to assist us in distributing the newsletter.  When you contact us to submit comments or questions, or for any other purpose, we may collect your name, email address, and other Personal Information.  When you post messages in the chat rooms, message boards, or other public forums of the Website, the information contained in your posting will be stored on our servers and other users will be able to see it.

Turning Pages may automatically gather general statistical information about the Website when you use certain services on the Turning Pages Website, such as pages viewed, sales history, pay-per-click information, number of visitors, and browser type.  In doing so, Turning Pages does not reference you by individual name or email address.  Turning Pages uses this data to determine how often visitors use parts of the Website so Turning Pages can improve the Website and customize the Website’s content, layout and services.  Turning Pages may provide this statistical information to third parties or, alternatively, this statistical information may be collected by a third party in association with Turning Pages.

The Website may provide message boards, chat rooms, or other public forums through which you may share information publicly.  Turning Pages is not responsible for information shared through these forums and you should use these forums at your own risk.
