With all PhotoBook projects, you will see an "Auto Populate" option on the Images portion of the ribbon which is to the right of the layout page of your book. When you click on the "Auto-Populate" icon you can choose how you would like your images to populate (by name, or date). From there your photos will automatically be added to the image place holders in your book sequentially. Note: this option is only available for pages within Photobooks. The "Auto-Populate" option is not available when creating book covers, calendars or photoprint orders.

By double clicking an image in a PhotoBook, you will bring up the "Image Editor". From here you can scale and move your image as you see fit. Try the "Fit" or the "Fill" selections for an automated way to change the size of the image for placement into the current image place holder. You can also use the scale feature to adjust the size of your image.

Yes! By double clicking inside a "text box" you have the ability to choose from a variety of fonts, make them bold, italic and or underlined. You can also choose the color and size of your text. Get Creative and have fun!

No, unfortunatly it is not possible to change the size of an existing Photo Book project. If you wish to order a book in a different size, you would need to create a new book project from the beginning. We're sorry for the inconvenience.

By double clicking an image in a PhotoBook, you will bring up the "Image Editor". From here you can convert your image to B&W, Sepia or Sketch. You also have the ability to rotate your image, change the hue, contrast, saturation, scale the image, as well as "fit or fill" the image to the current image place holder. Yes, it seems like alot of functionality, but at Turning Pages we want to give you total control over the look and feel of your memories!

Yes, you can leave the caption fields blank. The "Add Text Here" will only appear in the design view of the project so you know where to click to add text to your book. Before you order you'll have the opportunity to see a preview view of your project, if you leave a text field blank, the page background will appear in the place where the text would have gone.

Yes, you can share your Projects online! This enables others to view your projects and even order printed copies. Click on the "Share" tab at the top of the page after you login to your account to get started.

Our Photo Books themes come with standard layouts. But in the ribbon of the editor, under the Layout section, we offer a wide variety of page layouts to choose from. If you are not happy with the available layouts, you have the ability to place as many photo's and or text box's on a page as you would like. Rotate them, arange them, enlarge them, shrink them... what-ever you hearts desire. With Turning Pages, the user has the utmost control over their layouts, designs and placements of their photo's. Get creative and have fun!

Projects that you have created are automatically saved in the "My Projects" section of your account. From the My Account page that loads when you login, you will see icons representing your most recent projects. You can also click on the "My Projects" tab to see a list of your projects.

To rotate your photo, click on the photo and then type a positive or negative value in the rotate box at the top of the editor. At Turning Pages you will have the utmost flexibility to rotate your images degree by degree. Have fun and get creative!

First click on the icon labeled "Page Arrange" and the top of the ribbon to the right of the editor. You will see your pages appear in their current sequence. At the bottom of the window you will see a "add pages" button. Simply select the button and watch your additional pages appear. From there you can drag and drop the pages to change the sequence of the two-page spreads in your book

Once you arrive at the "Editor" page that allows you to design your book, calendar, and or poster; you should see a ribbon to the right which functions as your tool bar throughtout the creation of your project. At the top of the ribbon, you will see a button labeled "get images". This will take you into your galleries in which you can select the images that you would like to use in your project. (Note: if your album contains more than 15 photos, you will have your images spread throughout multiply pages. If you would like to select all of the images in the gallery, use the select gallery feature.) If you are not sure which ones you want to use, relax...you can add photo's at any time to your project To add a photo to your book, drag the photos appearing in the ribbon to the right of the page into one of the image place holder.

You can adjust the position of the image away from the center, or gutter of the Photobook. This will help avoid your images being sewn into the spine.

By clicking on the Preview button, in the upper left hand portion of the editor you will be able to preview your project. We highly recommend that you save your project previous to previewing it to assure that you are viewing you latest changes.

If you click on a photo in the project layout, you can then click on the "Trash Bin" icon at the upper right hand area of the editor to delete the image.

At the bottom of the window you will see a "delete pages" button. Simply select the page you are looking to delete and then select the button and watch your page disappear. If you click on a text box in the editor layout, you can then click on the "Trash Bin" icon at the upper right hand area of the editor to delete the image.

Your project will automatically save every 15 minutes. But we highly recommend that you save your project frequently. By clikcing on the Floppy Disk Icon, in the upper left hand page of the editor your project will be saved.

At the top of the editor, there is a "view" drop down selection. Select the desired view from the drop down.

Most Photo Book orders are completed and shipped within three (3) business days.

Each Photobook can have from 24 pages (which is the default) up to 88 pages.

Currently we only provide 11 x 17 posters.

You can print a project any number of times.

The online preview of your project functions as a "proof," so you should expect the final product to look just like what you see online. After you submit your order, each page of your project is captured, created and then sent to our production facility to be printed. Our production team does not have the capability to make changes to your project. If the preview of your book is not appearing as expected, please contact us to discuss your concern before submitting your order online.

The Yellow Triangle is an indicator that the resolution of the image is too low for the optimal printing environment. In essence, in some cases your picutre may be blurred and or pixelized. Typically this is a result of the image being enlarged beyond the safe limits or the original image size was too small for the intended purpose.

We currently accept .jpeg image files.

Turning Pages allows you to add your own text in projects. Each page has a defined area for text in the form of placeholders. If your text is more than the placeholder can contain, the extra text will not be visible. A white ‘T’ inside aa red circle will alert you to the fact that your text may be overflowing and you need to fix the situation either by reducing the text or increasing the size of the placeholder.

Our books are printed on archival quality 100 lb. matte coated paper using industry standard digital presses. The use of archival quality paper helps to ensure that the photos in Turning Pages Photo Books will resist fading so that they'll be around for generations to come.

Our Photo Prints are printed using an environmentally friendly printing process. It gives a different look and feel than the standard Photo Printing Process. At this point, we only offer a Matte Coated Photo Print which has a dull cast to the print.
